Flexible Designs

1. A Folio3 build starts with a design based on the concept home available for viewing.

2. The Folio3 team works with the client to understand their specific lifestyle needs, factoring in personal requests with regard to numbers of bedrooms, bathrooms, cars bikes or boats to be accommodated, specific room sizes to accommodate existing furniture, clients preferences for house layout to accommodate existing or proposed pools or landscape features, interior finishes, block orientation and slope.

3.  From this point the Folio3 team then creates a personalized design. This design is then developed, often over several meetings, to ensure that the clients expectations in terms of brief and budget are met.
